Responsibilities:
- Act as the Lead Architectural Supervision Representative for the project and lead the overall multidisciplinary coordination between the Client, Contractor, Structural Supervision Consultant, MEP Supervision Consultant, and all other project stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the site supervision team and ensure effective coordination between all disciplines.
- Manage and consolidate all technical reviews received from Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams and ensure issuance of coordinated, consistent, and unified technical responses.
- Control all technical communications, ensuring a single communication route between all project parties.
- Ensure that the approved architectural design intent is maintained throughout the project while coordinating all multidisciplinary interfaces.
- Ensure full compliance with the contractual review turnaround times for all project documentation, including Technical Submittals, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, RFIs, Technical Queries, Inspection Requests, NCRs, Meeting Minutes, Interim & Final Payment Reviews, Variation Documents, Claim Documents, and all contractual deliverables, while maintaining the required quality standards and coordination.
- Monitor project progress, quality, contractor performance, project risks, and contractual compliance.
- Review technical aspects of payment applications, variation proposals, and claim submissions.
- Lead Testing & Commissioning, Taking Over, Snagging, Defects Liability Period (DLP), and project close-out activities.
- Prepare and issue dashboards, management reports, risk registers, and executive reports.

Job Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Architecture Engineering or equivalent (PMP is Prerfared)
- +20 years related experience in the construction supervision. Candidates must have previous experience in engineering consultancy firms.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary supervision teams on large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, QA/QC, technical coordination, reporting, and client management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
