Responsibilities:
- Support the Resident Engineer in performing MIMAR's role as the Lead Architectural Supervision Consultant by coordinating architectural reviews with Structural and MEP disciplines and ensuring that all technical comments are fully coordinated before issuance.
- Supervise all architectural and finishing works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
- Review Technical Submittals, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, RFIs, Technical Queries, Method Statements, Mock-ups, Samples, and related architectural documentation.
- Ensure all architectural submissions are reviewed and returned within the contractual review periods while maintaining technical accuracy and proper multidisciplinary coordination.
- Protect the approved architectural design intent and ensure premium quality execution.
- Identify constructability issues, design discrepancies, coordination conflicts, and quality concerns before execution.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, Landscape, and other project disciplines.
- Carry out inspections, snagging, punch-list, handover, and close-out activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Architecture with a minimum 15 years of experience.
- Strong experience in architectural finishing works and premium mixed-use developments
- Excellent knowledge of shop drawing review, material approvals, QA/QC procedures, and multidisciplinary coordination.
