We are seeking qualified candidates with 13-15 years of experience in design management within architectural firms operating in Egypt or the MENA region.

Job Requirements: 

    •  A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in team leadership and/or design management in reputable architectural firms.
    • Ability to prepare comprehensive architectural design submissions that are visually and professionally crafted to tell a unique design story, demonstrate design innovation, and reveal engineering excellence.
    •  A strong record of creativity in developing conceptual ideas for mixed-use, residential developments and hospitality projects of various scales.
    •  Familiarity with codes of practice in the MENA region, particularly Egyptian codes.
    •  Ability to negotiate design concepts with clients, authorities, and engineering trades, as well as develop conceptual narratives that support design proposals.
    •  Experience in organizing day-to-day workloads and managing teams effectively.
    • Strong time management skills, including the ability to handle busy schedules and address daily client feedback.
    • Essential team motivation and leadership skills.
    • Fundamental understanding of structural and MEP systems.
    • Awareness of real estate business attributes, including understanding clients' objectives, priorities, and project feasibility. Proficiency in using Excel for project calculations and thorough reviews is a priority.
    • Sustainability has been long mis-used as a term in Architecture presentations. We value sustainability as a core of our practice, if you have profound knowledge and understanding of sustainable practices and have the ability to adopt it within your framework please apply to this position.
    •  Ability to understand each project's unique context and tailor designs with users and local context in mind.
    • Experience working closely with master planning and landscape professionals, as well as the capability to develop initial master planning and landscape concepts for projects.
    •   Sound knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign and 3D Max.
    •   Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for actively participating in and advocating for team designs during project reviews.
    •  Excellent written and spoken English.


Work Environment:

• Working hours: 8:00 to17:00

• Days off: Friday & Saturday

• Location: New Cairo
