Senior HR Specialist

 Responsibilities:

  1. Personnel & Employee Relations

·       Manage all personnel administration activities, including maintaining accurate employee files, contracts, and documentation in full compliance with labor laws and company policies.

·       Update and maintain HR systems and personnel databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

·       Oversee attendance and leave management, ensuring proper documentation, system updates, and compliance with company policies.

·       Ensure timely renewal of employee contracts and maintain proper records of employment status changes.

·       Conduct structured exit interviews and prepare all related reports promptly.

·       Lead investigations into employee complaints in coordination with the Legal Department, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and proper documentation.

·       Manage and maintain all official company documents related to employees, HR procedures, and legal compliance.

 

2. Compensation & Benefits

·       Administer all aspects of employee benefits including health, life, and social insurance programs.

·       Manage the full cycle of social insurance processes, including accurate enrollment, updates, and cancellation procedures.

·       Handle insurance payment processes, ensuring timely settlement and coordination with Finance and external providers.

·       Coordinate with governmental bodies (Labor Office, Social Insurance Authority, etc.) to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

·       Oversee company and car insurance policies, ensuring proper coverage, renewals, and communication with insurance providers.

 

3. Training & Development

·       Coordinate with external training providers to schedule and execute employee development programs aligned with organizational needs. 

·       Manage training payments, ensuring timely processing, proper documentation, and adherence to budget guidelines. 


 

Qualifications:

-    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

-    Minimum 8 years of human resource management experience preferred.

-    Excellent English language is a must.

-    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-    Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

-    Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

-    Good knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Work Environment:

-   Days off: Friday and Saturday

-   Working hours: 8:00 to17:00

-   Location: 1st Settlement- New Cairo
