Design Team Leader

Preference shall be given to a qualified Designer who can creates and innovates with a strong conceptual design ability to effectively move forward the design of a portion of or an entire project.

The people we appoint will be highly motivated and talented designers who are passionate about architecture.

 You should have a record of your leadership in the design team and demonstrate your skills in facilitating design discussions and team activities.

Responsibilities: 

·     Demonstrable ability to develop architectural proposals from masterplan concepts collaborating with trans-national consultant teams.

·    Experience within a tier one architecture practice working on international projects. 

·     Ability to design and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications: 

·   Degree in architecture or urban design from a recognized university with minimum 9-10 years of experience. 

·   Sound knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign and 3D Max.

·   Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for actively participating in and advocating for team designs during project reviews.

·   Excellent written and spoken English.

Portfolio is a must.

Work Environment:

·     Working hours: 8:00 to17:00

·     Days off: Friday and Saturday

·     Location: New Cairo
