Marketing Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Team Leader to lead and develop our marketing function, strengthen Mimar’s brand presence, and support business growth through strategic and operational marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team to deliver high‑quality marketing outputs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and support business growth.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Oversee content creation for the website, social media platforms, newsletters, and corporate materials.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all communication channels.
• Coordinate closely with business development, technical, and management teams to align marketing initiatives with company priorities.
• Manage the company’s digital presence, including website updates and social media performance.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular reports and recommendations.
• Drive creative initiatives that position the company strongly within the architecture and engineering consultancy market.
• Manage external vendors and agencies.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with company standards and professional guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within architecture, engineering, design, or professional services industries.
• Proven experience in a leadership or team management role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and KPIs.
• High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Work Environment:

•       Working hours: 8:00 to 17:00

•       Days off: Friday & Saturday

•       Location: New Cairo
