Job Responsibilities

• Leading the structural analysis and design of various building types (commercial, residential, mixed-use) from concept through construction documents.
• Utilizing advanced BIM/CAD software (Revit, AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, etc.) to create detailed 3D models, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensuring all designs strictly adhere to relevant national and international building codes, standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocodes), and local regulations.
• Working closely with the architectural, MEP, and construction management teams to integrate structural systems smoothly into the overall project design.
• Preparing comprehensive technical reports, design calculations, and project documentation for client and authority submissions.
• Conducting occasional site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, resolve on-site structural issues, and ensure adherence to approved designs.
• Performing detailed load and stress calculations, including wind, seismic, and dynamic loads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• +4 years of professional experience in structural design within an engineering consultancy environment, preferably working on high-rise or large-scale commercial projects
• Expert proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE) and excellent command of Revit Structure and AutoCAD
• Familiarity with design spreadsheets and analysis tools such as PROKON Calcpad
•  Deep working knowledge of structural design principles, materials (steel, reinforced concrete), and construction methodologies
• Strong Technical background in Post tension Design
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and presentation of technical concepts to clients
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent professional certification is a significant advantage

Work Conditions

Working hours: 8:00 to17:00

Days off: Friday and Saturday
