Senior Masterplan Technical Architect

Preference shall be given to a qualified candidate with hands-on experience on urban design and master planning on projects of varying complexity.  

Responsibilities:

·    Masterplan concept design review for Validation and schematic stage as regulations.

·     Ability to prepare Ministerial decree and be aware of regulations updates.

·     Prepare Master Plan urban package coordinated with all departments.

·    Cooperate with colleagues on a range of urban design related and multi-disciplinary projects.

·      Apply best urban design practices in order to deliver successful schemes.

·      Propose design options/ solutions to problems.

·       Prepare presentations and participate in client and project meetings.

·       Ensure that quality of deliverables meet client expectations.

Job Requirements:

·      Bachelor degree in urban design, urban planning landscape architecture

·     Min. 8 years of experience in urban design, urban planning and master planning

·     Proficiency Design software (AUTO CAD, CIVIL 3D, Photo shop, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), MS office, Sketch up, Revit.

·     Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks 

      Portfolio or portfolio link is a must.

Work Environment 

Working hours: 8:00 to17:00

Days off: Friday and Saturday

Location: 1st Settlement- New Cairo
